In order to expand the age group of children we reach, to ages 5-18, we changed our name from House of Hope of South Florida to House of Protection, Inc (HOP). Your continued support and prayers have made this a smooth transition. This new year will bring advancement of our vision as we hone our focus on strengthening our Board, purchasing a home and recruiting staff to begin our Residential Program. House of Protection, Inc. earned the Ministry Mastery Certification! Ministry Ventures’ 12 month Executive Group Coaching Program through National House of Hope (NHOH), fortifies our ministry, by applying “The 5 Best Practices” in Prayer, Board of Directors, Ministry Model, Administration, and Fund Development. Celebrated 10 Years at our Annual Appreciation Luncheon! The Lord moved in a very special way… We had such a special time with our guests on December 6, 2014 at the Annual Luncheon. The Breeze Dancers, a group of young girls, moved our hearts as they worshiped the Lord in dance. Our Keynote Speaker, Pastor Angela Santiago of Women In Need Praying, reflected on the first year of the ministry as she inspired us to move forward with passion and conviction for hurting children, teens and their families. We extend our special thanks to the Bobby Resciniti Foundation for being our main event sponsor and to Winsome Williams of In His Will Ministries and volunteers for their assistance in setting up/breaking down event.
